The fourth trimester is a time of evolution. Not only is your baby acclimating to life outside of utero but you are also acclimating to life as a parent. This workshop aims to cover the groundwork of not only how to care for your newborn child, but also how to care for yourself. Whether you’re first time parents or preparing for your second, this workshop is meant to inform and benefit your entire family unit.
